The Design Process

Phase One - Information Gathering and Payment.

• This is the very first step of the process. During this step you can choose from one of our available packages, request a quote for a custom package or for an individual services. An order form will be filled out with the necessary information to start the process. At this time, full or partial payment can be made depending on your package or quote.

Phase Two - Understanding Your Needs.

• As soon as phase one is successfully completed, Adrift Graphics will assign a project manager who will contact you for a free design consultation. This consultation will help us better understand your product or service and is the key to creating a successful image, and should take about 20-45 minutes to complete. With the information collected during phases one and two, your project manager will assign the most suitable graphic designer(s) to begin creating conceptual drafts.

Phase Three - Creation of Conceptual Drafts.

• This part of the process may be repeated as many times as it is stated in your package.

• An online presentation will be scheduled as specified in the selected package or as quoted by your project manager. The online presentation will be made up of conceptual drafts created by your graphic designer and should not be considered the final product. Please note that turnaround times may be affected by the complexity of the project.

• After reviewing the online presentation, you will contact your project manager with comments and questions. Your clear and sincere feedback during this part of the phase is of the utmost importance, because it determines the direction your graphic designer will take to create the next round of conceptual drafts, or determine if it is time to move unto the next phase of the process.

Phase Four - Revision of the Chosen Conceptual Draft.

• Once you have selected a conceptual draft, your designer will begin to polish the chosen draft, based on your feedback.

• An online presentation will be scheduled as specified in the selected package or as quoted by your project manager.

• This phase of the process may be repeated until you are 100% satisfied with the results.

Phase Five - Delivery of Final Files.

• Your files will be available for download from a private web page within our system. Upon request, your files can be delivered on a CD, free of charge. Shipping of International orders will be charged a separate fee.
