HOW IT WORKS
When do you start working on my project? [back
to top]
We will start working on your project as soon as we receive your
request and payment.
How long does it take before I can see my samples?
Usually, conceptual drafts for logo design orders are
available within 2-4 business days. Delivery of
conceptual drafts for other services will be as
quoted.
How can I see my logo design samples? [back
to top]
After we receive your payment we will create a personal web page for you where we will upload your logo
concepts. Please note that these are rough drafts and
should not be considered the final product.
How many changes may I ask for my logo design?
Once you choose a concept to refine, you may request
unlimited changes to basic design.
What if I don't like any of initial logo designs?
Each package that includes the design of a logo has
its own rounds of conceptual drafts included. Each
round includes about 5 different concepts, so there
will be a good variety of concepts to choose from. In
the rare event that your rounds are used up,
additional rounds are available at $50 each.
What if I have my own idea for the logo design?
If you have your own ideas or requests for the design
of your logo you may indicate it in your logo order
form, or contact your project manager before any work
begins on the conceptual drafts. Please be as specific as
possible by including graphic examples in your
request.
Can you redesign my existing logo design?
Yes. Please provide us with the latest version of your logo
design and mention it in your logo request.
Do you do illustrations? [back
to top]
Yes. Please contact us to get our quotes on illustrations.
What is the difference between a corporate image and an illustration?
There is a big difference between a corporate image and an illustration. Corporate images are very simple, which makes them unique, memorable and highly recognizable from any distance and at any size. Illustrations are usually
very complicated artwork that lose their quality when reduced in size. Very busy images like these are hard to read and
recognize, therefore it is not recommended to be used
as part of your logo.
Do you make logo design for products, titles, or names?
Yes, we create every type of graphic identity.
When I view my stationery on the web site it seems to have different colors from my original logo design?
This can happen because we match your logo's RGB colors with Pantone colors for your stationery. Pantone colors may appear different on screen because we match them on the Pantone chart as it will appear when it gets printed. You will get a version of your logo in RGB colors as well.
Who keeps the rights of the created logo design?
All the rights of the final artwork and logos we create for our customers belong to our customers.
We retain the rights to all conceptual drafts not used in the
final design.
LOGO KIT AND FILES
What files will I get with my order? [back
to top]

Will you provide me with scalable vector files?
Yes, we provide you with scalable vector files.
What is vector a scalable file? [back
to top]
Vector files are files that you can resize, scale, and even change colors or fonts without loosing any quality or resolution on your image. It's best to make GIFs or any other bitmap formats you may need for your web site. Vector files are mostly used by
graphic designers or print shops.
What is bitmap file? [back
to top]
Bitmap files are a more popular file that are best to use on the Web. You may use them on most Word applications, they are small in size, but hard to modify because of their poor resolution. You may notice a big distortion in your image if you try to scale a bitmap file. The most popular bitmap files are GIF, JPEG, TIFF and BMP.
If you wish to resize your image, it is recommended
that you use a high resolution version of the image,
or the vector version, and resize the image with an
image creation software such as Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator or Corel Draw.
What are Pantone colors? [back
to top]
Pantone colors are used by professional print shops around the world. They are universal colors
referred to using numbers that help designers, print shops and customers talk in one language.
How can I use vector files? [back
to top]
Vector files are used on specific vector based software applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw.
How can I use bitmap files? [back
to top]
Bitmap files may be used in a large variety of software applications, such as Adobe Photoshop, Photo Paint
and many other programs. They can be opened in most word processing applications such as Microsoft Word and many Web design programs.
Can I edit my business cards and stationery?
Yes, you can edit, or change all the information on your business card and stationery. You will need to have Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw installed on your computer, because your stationery files are in a vector format.
Why does the color look different when I print it?
Your personal printer doesn't use the exact colors that you see on the screen. You have to calibrate your printer with the screen first for the best match.
